1. The service
Moonjob is a job offer monitoring service. Based on your LinkedIn profile or your CV, and on your criteria, it reads every day the public offers on job sites and careers pages related to your field, including the sites you point us to, rates them and sends you every morning the ones that match you, together with a tracking dashboard. It is published by System Marketing Agency Sàrl, Geneva, Switzerland (UID CHE-328.476.032).
2. Plans and prices
- Free: €0, with no time limit and no credit card. The dashboard and the morning e-mail show the 5 best offers selected.
- Essential: €29 per month, no commitment.
- Executive: €49 per month, no commitment.
- Executive · 3 months: €119 paid once, for 3 months, with no automatic renewal.
Prices are net: the company is not registered for VAT. They may change; a change never applies to a period already paid for and is announced to you at least 30 days in advance.
3. Ordering and payment
The free plan starts as soon as your profile is created. A paid plan can then be ordered at any time. Payment is made by card or digital wallet via Stripe. Monthly plans are charged every month on the anniversary date of the order.
4. Start of the service
The service starts within 24 hours of your order. By ordering, you expressly request that it begin before the end of the statutory withdrawal period.
5. Satisfied or your money back
For 14 days after your first order, you may request a full refund, without giving any reason, through the contact form. The refund is made within 7 days to the payment method used. This guarantee goes beyond the statutory right of withdrawal and replaces it.
6. Cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, from your dashboard or by simple message. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month, which has already been paid for. The 3-month plan ends automatically at the end of its term.
7. What we guarantee, and what we cannot guarantee
We undertake to read the available offers every day and to assess them carefully against your criteria. We cannot guarantee that a specific offer will be published, nor the outcome of your applications: finding a job also depends on the market and on you. The service relies on third-party platforms; if one of them becomes unavailable, we will let you know and continue with the other sources. A site you point us to is added to your job watch as soon as possible.
8. Your commitments
You provide accurate information and use the service for your own job search. Your account is personal.
9. Personal data
How it is processed is described in our privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, we first seek an amicable solution. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country and may refer the matter, free of charge, to a consumer mediator.
